Refund policy

Poncho Kidz only accepts returns within 10 days of purchase.

To request a return, please follow these steps:

Send an email with your return request to ponchokidzpk@gmail.com, including the order number, reason for the return, the product received (size and model), and the product you wish to exchange it for (size and model).
Our team will respond within 2 business days (not counting the day the request is sent).

If your request is accepted, you will receive an email with return instructions.
Products must be returned in perfect condition and in the same state in which they were received. This means:

  • Original tags must still be attached

  • No signs of wear or use

  • Returned in the original packaging

Products that do not meet these conditions or show evidence of use will be returned to the customer’s address with shipping costs charged to the customer upon delivery.

Once the product is received and inspected, the exchange or refund will be processed.
Shipping costs for returns due to warranty issues are covered by Poncho Kidz.
