INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

Poncho Kidz grants the user a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view its website on a computer or device under the user's control.

LINKING, DEEP LINKING, AND FRAMING

Poncho Kidz prohibits the use of its names, logos, trademarks, and any other distinctive signs as hyperlinks or in any other form (“links”) to internet sites with a URL different from its own, unless Poncho Kidz has given prior written authorization. If approved, such links must comply with the brand's design and advertising guidelines.

Likewise, access to the User’s account may occasionally be restricted or suspended for maintenance, repairs, or updates to services.

Poncho Kidz will not be liable for:
